Overview

The Comprehensive HL7® FHIR® Proficiency Exam Preparation Course is a four-week, self-paced course that will prepare participants for taking the HL7 FHIR R4 Proficiency Exam and teaches FHIR concepts in detail.

Who should attend:

• Those wanting to take the HL7 FHIR Proficiency Exam and wanting to learn FHIR conceptually

Upon completion of the course, participants will:

• Obtain a solid knowledge of the concepts required to pass the HL7 FHIR R4 Proficiency Exam
• Understand the test format and types of questions found in the exam
• Apply appropriate test taking strategies to deduce the correct answers in the exam
• Practice thoroughly for exam by taking 150+ objective quiz questions

What to Expect

This is an instructor-led and tutor-assisted online course. Each module will consist of recorded lectures, reading material and quizzes. 

Over the four weeks, there will be multiple webinar sessions totaling 15 hours of recorded lectures and one hour of Q&A for each week's topics. Students will take 100+ quiz questions across five modules to test knowledge gained during course. Students will also attempt a 50-question final exam to simulate the HL7 FHIR R4 Proficiency Exam.

Prerequisites

• Though not mandatory, it is good to have basic FHIR knowledge

• Course is not a substitute of any existing HL7 FHIR courses.
• Course does not guarantee passing of proficiency exam.

Course Price

Note: Course price includes the four-week course and does not include the fee to take the actual HL7 FHIR R4 Proficiency Exam.

*Low and Middle Income Countries as determined by The World Bank.

**Students are required to submit proof of enrollment in an accredited university or college (in English). Only students enrolled in an accredites Bachelor, Master or or Doctoral program are eligible for this discount. Certificate students are not eligible. Either of the following documents is acceptable proof of enrollment:

• A transcript showing the student is actively enrolled in the university or college as of the date of registration for the certification exam.
• A letter from the Dean or Department chair stating that the student is enrolled for a time period that includes the date of registration for the certification exam. This letter must be on school letterhead, display a school seal or logo and contain a signature and phone number of the Dean or Department Chair.

Cancellation Policy

The course fee minus $50 processing fee will be refunded for cancellations before close of registration. For all cancellations after close of registration, there will be no refunds.
